RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To start an online return please visit our Returns Center, click here to start your return.  

 

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • Country Flair Boutique gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached for store credit ONLY.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment.
  • Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee. 
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. $5 will be deducted for box damage.
  • Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
  • All sale items, headwear, earrings, camisoles, bodysuits and bralettes are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no exchanges. 
  • For exchanges please e-mail countryflairboutique@yahoo.com  If the product you are hoping to exchange for is in stock that item will show as available otherwise you will be directed to process it as a return.

AFTERPAY CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan since it is directly through sezzle.
